Ordering - Kits and Parts

Kits and Parts can be ordered directly from our website using the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.

Payment

We accept most credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, PayPal. A PayPal account is not required!

Please note that all prices on this site are in US Dollars.

Taxes

Residents of Canada will be charged 5% GST.

Shipping - please read carefully

We normally ship within one business day of cleared payment being received.

We ship by parcel post exclusively

The normal transit time for items to the US is 4-10 working days. Overseas is 6-14 working days.

Ordering - e-manuals

Ordering is easy! Click on the 'Add to Cart' link on any product page. You will be taken to the secure PayPal website where you can complete the purchase using most credit or debit cards or your PayPal account. (A PayPal account is not required).

A download link will be sent to your email where you will be able to login and download your e-book in pdf format.

Tip: If you can't find the download link email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Sometimes overenthusiastic spam filters will pick up the email from us.

To view the file, you'll need Adobe pdf reader on your computer, available here for free. If you're using an e-book reader, like Kindle, it will usually have native pdf support already installed.

Returns

We will gladly accept for return or exchange any parts that we have shipped in error, or that are defective.

Non-defective items must be returned in sealeable condition in the original unopened packaging.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
