Ordering

Items can be ordered directly from our website, by email or by regular mail (please see our contact information). Please do not send credit card numbers by email - it is not secure!.

Payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard, as well as PayPal. A PayPal account is not required and you can use most major credit and debit cards through the PayPal payment service. We can also accept cashier's checks in US funds, or International Postal Money Orders. Please note that the US Postal Service money orders with the green stripe on top are not acceptable since we are in Canada and those can't be cashed outside the US.

Please note that all prices on this site are in US Dollars.

When paying by VISA or Mastercard on our site, the biller name is SBG FuelSys (Canada).

Taxes

Residents of Canada will be charged 5% GST. Our GST number is 885237842RT0001.

We normally ship within one business day of cleared payment being received.

UPS Flat Rate Shipping

For only $9.95 we will ship any number of items by UPS Standard (Ground) in the lower 48 United States. Flat rate shipping for any number of items is also available in Canada.

With UPS Standard you get guaranteed fast delivery times, detailed tracking information and full insurance.

Sorry, UPS Standard is not available to AK, HI, PR, NT, YK, APO or PO boxes.

UPS Express Saver (Air)

A great value at only $26.95 in the lower 48 States, UPS Express Saver is an air service with 2 day delivery to most locations.

In Canada and overseas, UPS Express Saver offers economical, guaranteed shipping with 2-4 day delivery times to most locations. UPS Express Saver is our standard service outside of Canada and the USA.

Returns

We will gladly accept for return or exchange any parts that are listed incorrectly in our online catalog, that we have shipped in error, or that are defective.
