Ordering
Items can be ordered directly from our website, our ebay store, by telephone at 780-968-6622, by email or by regular mail (see our contact information).
Payment
We prefer PayPal. A PayPal account is not required and you can use most major credit and debit cards. We can also accept VISA and Mastercard on the website as well as cashier's checks in US funds, or International Postal Money Orders. Please note that the US Postal Service money orders with the green stripe on top are not acceptable since we are in Canada and those can't be cashed outside the US.
Taxes
Residents of Canada will be charged 6% GST. Our GST number is 885237842RT0001.
Shipping
Standard shipping is by air mail parcel (we use Canada Post). Shipping within Canada is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. We normally ship within one business day of cleared payment being received. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are normally 4-10 working days in North America and 6-15 working days overseas.
Expedited shipping using UPS, DHL, Greyhound or Canada Post Express Post (EMS) is available. Please contact us by phone at 780-968-6622 or by email to arrange expedited shipping.
Shipping rates are detailed in our ebay store and on www.carburetor.ca . Shipping is from $7.95 - $12.95 for most kits. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Returns
We will gladly accept for return or exchange any parts that are listed incorrectly in our online catalog, or that have been shipped in error.
